Strawberry Compote

Strawberries are very rich in antioxidants and plant compounds, which may have benefits for heart health and blood sugar control ( 1 , 2 ).

Galatians 5:22,23 - 22 But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith, 23 Meekness, temperance: against such there is no law.

Ingredients

2 Cups Strawberry

2 Tbsp. Honey

1 Tsp clove

1 Tsp Cinnamon

Directions

Add to a sauce pan strawberry and 1 Tbsp water, when I starts to boil add, honey, clove and cinnamon and leave to simmer for about 10 mins or until reduced to a jam like consistency.

Add to a small jar and store in refrigerator

Add to your favorite Breads, Pancakes, Crepes
